Process
You must search for two recipes for breakfast, two for lunch and two for dinner.
Write down the ingredients of each recipe. You must do that on A4-paper format. (Look here for an example).
Describe the way this meal must be prepared.
Think of a name for each recipe that you are going to use for the menu.
Make an original design for the menu.
The senator wants a justification for the choices you have made. You must do that on a separate paper. It is very important that you can describe why you have chosen those particular menu items.
You can earn extra respect (and points) from the senator if you try out cooking one or more recipes. If you do that, you'll have to make a photo- or video report from one of the recipes that you prepare. This report must not only contain pictures but also spoken comments. (Look here for an example).
For video and photo purpose you can use the free "Microsoft Photos" or another video programme of your choice.
Upload your report to YouTube or other online videoservice.
When you have done that, you'll must inform your senator (teacher) about your uploaded file.
